Ishiki is a small clothing and gear label operating from Singapore. Registered name and UEN to be inserted here.

An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email, not when you complete payment. If we cannot fulfil an order — a run sells out, or an item is mispriced — we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We ship within Singapore at a flat rate of S$4.00, normally within two to four business days of dispatch. Items are made in small runs, so please allow up to two weeks before dispatch.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Please check that address before completing checkout.

We do not accept returns or refunds except where a product is faulty. The full position is set out in our returns policy.

Our clothing and accessories are apparel, not protective or load-bearing gear. Nothing we sell is certified for use as personal protective gear, and none of it should ever be relied on to hold a fall.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
